- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape about ¼-inch thick.
- In a skillet, sauté the steak pieces until browned, then add the diced bell peppers and garlic until softened.
- Spread the steak and vegetable mixture evenly across the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the filling.
- Roll the dough tightly away from you, tucking in the sides as you go, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the Stromboli seam-side down on the lined baking sheet. Score the top and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
