  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese can substitute with ricotta
  • 1 cup Cheese Mexican blend
  • 2 tablespoons Oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning to taste

  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine imitation crab, refried beans, cottage cheese, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Lay out tortillas and spoon filling in the center, being careful not to overfill.
  4. Fold sides over filling and roll tightly to form a cylinder, tucking in ends.
  5. Lightly coat with oil and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cover with foil after 10 minutes if browning too quickly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving with optional toppings.
