- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add 1 lb of seasoned ground beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
- While the beef cooks, in a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and finely chopped pickles. Whisk until smooth.
- Prepare serving bowls by layering shredded lettuce at the bottom, then prepare additional toppings of choice.
- Divide the cooked ground beef over the lettuce. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top to allow it to melt slightly.
- Drizzle the creamy special sauce over the top of each bowl before serving.
