Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add 1 lb of seasoned ground beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
  2. While the beef cooks, in a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and finely chopped pickles. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Prepare serving bowls by layering shredded lettuce at the bottom, then prepare additional toppings of choice.
  4. Divide the cooked ground beef over the lettuce. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top to allow it to melt slightly.
  5. Drizzle the creamy special sauce over the top of each bowl before serving.
