Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Jamun Lemonade
  1. In a blender, combine the jamun, condensed milk, salt, black salt, coconut water, and lemon juice. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well combined and smooth in texture.
  2. Continue blending the mixture for an additional 30 seconds or until you achieve a silky-smooth consistency with no chunks remaining.
  3. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes, reaching about three-quarters full. Carefully pour the blended jamun mixture over the ice.
  4. Top off each glass with soda or aerated water, pouring gently to preserve the fizziness. Give it a gentle stir.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala and a dash of red chili powder on top. Then, add a few fresh mint leaves and a wedge of lemon for a pop of color.
  6. Serve your Jamun Lemonade right away for the best experience.
