  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar or lemon juice as an alternative

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin ribbons and the onion into thin half-moons.
  2. Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they soften and caramelize.
  4. Add the zucchini ribbons and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat, and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
