- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls. Place dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Gently press each dough ball down to form discs about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake the cookies for 10–12 minutes, watching for the edges to firm up.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
