- In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well until the condensed milk is fully dissolved.
- Gradually add the cold water to the mixture, stirring continuously to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more condensed milk if desired.
- Stir in the vanilla extract for an extra layer of flavor.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve over ice cubes in glasses and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
