Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C (330°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of raw almonds with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the almonds are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the coated almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes, watching closely for caramelization and a golden-brown color.
  5. Remove from oven and let the almonds cool completely on the tray.
  6. Mix together 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in another bowl.
