Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the Grill or Pan: Preheat grill or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, aiming for about 375°F.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest and Slice the Chicken: Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  6. Prepare the Tortillas: Spread a layer of hummus on each tortilla, leaving an inch around the edges.
  7. Assemble the Wraps: Layer chicken strips, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, olives, and fresh greens on the hummus.
  8. Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick or parchment if needed.
  9. Slice and Serve: Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
