Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add the egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper; stir gently until just combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shape it evenly, and sprinkle additional parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
