Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into wedges, about 1.5 inches thick.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, stirring until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  4. Brush each wedge of cabbage with garlic butter mixture, covering all edges.
  5. Arrange brushed wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced apart.
  6. Roast the cabbage for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the cabbage wedges halfway through roasting.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
