  • 1/4 cup Coconut Adds a charming finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by placing the vanilla Oreos in a food processor, crushing them into fine crumbs.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and blend until creamy in texture.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Stack two balls, one slightly larger than the other, to create a snowman shape.
  5. Place truffles on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Melt the dairy-free white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip chilled truffles into the melted chocolate to coat completely.
  8. Use mini chocolate chips to add eyes and decorate with icing or fondant.
  9. Arrange finished truffles on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar or coconut.
