- Begin by breaking the Oreo cookies into small pieces in a large mixing bowl.
- Next, measure out your white chocolate morsels and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Once your white chocolate is melted, remove it from the microwave and quickly stir in the mint extract and green food coloring if using.
- Gently fold the crushed Oreos into the melted chocolate until they are well coated.
- Prepare a baking dish by lining it with wax paper or parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
- Place your pan in the freezer for about 2 hours, allowing the Mint Oreo Bark to set completely.
- After the Mint Oreo Bark has fully set, remove it from the freezer and peel it from the wax paper. Cut it into squares and serve.
