- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of refrigerated crescent dough, pressing it into the bottom of the greased baking dish, sealing seams.
- Layer the sliced ham, salami, provolone, and pepperoni over the crescent dough, then add banana pepper rings and roasted red peppers.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, then drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Unroll the second can of crescent dough and lay it over the filling, sealing edges to contain the filling.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm, optionally topping with lettuce and tomato.
