  • 4 pieces English muffins
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese can substitute Gruyère or Swiss

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, melted butter, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Slice the English muffins in half and place them on the baking sheet cut side up.
  4. Dollop the crab mixture onto each muffin half, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over each muffin half.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a minute, and serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
