Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Wash and quarter the potatoes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  4. Mix in the quartered potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture. Cover again and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
