Ingredients
  

For the Rolls
  • 8 ounces Feta Cheese substitute with goat cheese for a milder flavor
  • 1 package Phyllo Dough puff pastry can be used as a substitute
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil melted butter can add richness if preferred
  • 1 cup Fresh Herbs (optional) dried herbs like oregano or thyme are great substitutes
For the Chili Honey
  • 1/2 cup Chili Honey mix regular honey with red pepper flakes if needed

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface, keeping remaining sheets covered with a damp towel. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Layer two more phyllo sheets on top, brushing each with oil. Cut into strips approximately 3 inches wide.
  4. Place a piece of feta cheese at one end of each strip, fold the sides inward, and roll tightly. Repeat until all feta is used.
  5. Brush the tops of each roll with olive oil.
  6. Bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through.
  7. Warm the chili honey in a small saucepan over low heat while the rolls bake.
  8. Drizzle the warm chili honey over the baked rolls before serving.
