Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté chicken in a skillet with olive oil, seasoned with Cajun seasoning, for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté andouille sausage for 2 minutes. Add bell peppers, red onion, and minced garlic and cook for 4 minutes until tender.
  5. Lower heat, add heavy cream, and stir. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Mix in Parmesan until melted.
  6. Combine chicken, shrimp, and cooked pasta, tossing to coat with sauce. Add pasta water if sauce is too thick.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
