Preparation Steps
- Boil the water in a medium saucepan until it reaches a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat, add black tea bags, and steep for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in ¼ cup of sugar while the tea is still warm.
- Slice the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into the tea mixture.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice for a refreshing sip.
