  • 3 bags Black Tea Bags For a robust taste.
  • 3 cups Boiling Water Used to extract the full flavor of the tea.
Sweetness
  • 0.25 cup Sugar Can be adjusted to taste.
Tropical Flavor
  • 6 Passion Fruits Fresh or frozen pulp can be used.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil the water in a medium saucepan until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat, add black tea bags, and steep for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in ¼ cup of sugar while the tea is still warm.
  4. Slice the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into the tea mixture.
  5. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over ice for a refreshing sip.
