Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a food processor, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until resembling coarse crumbs. Reserve 1½ cups for topping and press the rest into the pan.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until light golden brown.
- Mix the reserved crumb mixture with brown sugar until clumps form; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Toss the peaches in this mixture. In another bowl, blend cream and vanilla, then fold into peaches.
- Pour the peach filling over the warm crust and sprinkle topping evenly.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
- Cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes
Use fresh peaches for the best flavor. Chill properly before slicing for clean edges.
