  • 1.5 cups Reserved Crust Mixture This is from the crust preparation.
For the Filling
  • 4 cups Peaches Fresh, ripe peaches; nectarines or apples work as fabulous substitutes.
  • 0.5 cup Flour (for filling) Essential for achieving the right consistency.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon You can mix in nutmeg for an extra kick.
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream Swap it with evaporated milk for a lighter version.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.

  6. Pour the peach filling over the warm crust and sprinkle topping evenly.
  7. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
