- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Place about a tablespoon of filling on the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
- Brush the tops of each crescent with egg wash.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
