  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans Substitute with walnuts if desired.
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar No substitutions needed.
  • 1/2 cup Corn Syrup Can be replaced with honey for different flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Optional for added flavor.
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg Wash Mix egg with water for brushing.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of filling on the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
  5. Brush the tops of each crescent with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
