Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon if desired in a mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough into 8 triangles, keeping it cold.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle and roll carefully.
  5. Seal the filling by tucking in the sides as you roll towards the tip.
  6. Arrange the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crisp at the edges.
