- Combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon if desired in a mixing bowl.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough into 8 triangles, keeping it cold.
- Place a tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle and roll carefully.
