Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the lean ground turkey or chicken, seasoned with garlic powder and oregano. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat, reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, and marinara sauce. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. Take a high-protein tortilla and place approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the meat and cheese mixture in the center. Fold the sides in and roll it tightly.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush each rolled tortilla with olive oil spray or egg wash.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, or bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
