Step-by-Step Instructions for Pistachio Tiramisu
  1. Whip the cream by combining double cream and icing sugar, whisk until soft peaks form.
  2. Combine mascarpone cheese and pistachio cream until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream mixture.
  3. Prepare the coffee dip by brewing strong coffee and letting it cool slightly.
  4. Quickly dip each lady finger into the coffee and arrange them in a single layer in a medium-sized dish.
  5. Spread half of the pistachio mixture evenly over the lady fingers.
  6. Repeat layering with coffee-dipped lady fingers and the remaining pistachio cream mixture.
  7. Decorate by piping additional pistachio cream and sprinkling with chopped roasted pistachios.
  8. Chill the tiramisu for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Slice the chilled tiramisu into squares and serve.
