Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayo or Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, sweet corn, jalapeños, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and pepitas. Gently toss together.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and fold until evenly coated.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
