  • 2 cups Filtered Water Key for achieving the right consistency.
  • 1/2 cup Cane Sugar Adjust or substitute with honey or stevia.
  • 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice Freshly squeezed for the best taste.
For Serving
  • Fresh Lime Slices Garnish that adds extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by rinsing and pitting the fresh cherries—you'll need about 2 cups. Set aside while you gather other ingredients.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the pitted cherries, 2 cups of filtered water, and your sweetener. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended cherry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.
  4. Add one cup of filtered water and the freshly squeezed juice from 6-8 limes to the strained cherry juice. Stir well to combine.
  5. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the cherry-lime mixture over the ice.
  6. Garnish each glass with a slice of lime and a cherry on top.
  7. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir well before serving.
