Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the mushrooms under cold water, pat dry, slice evenly to about a quarter-inch thick. Clean spinach and mince garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat, add sliced mushrooms in a single layer. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until golden-brown.
  3. Stir occasionally, cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender and moisture evaporates.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not burnt.
  5. Add spinach gradually, toss gently to combine. Allow spinach to wilt, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, toss and serve warm.
