- Slice the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized strips and season with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter; add chicken and sear for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese into the cooked rice; season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken to the skillet with the garlic sauce and heat for 2 minutes.
- Serve the garlic Parmesan rice topped with Chicken Scampi and garnish with parsley.
