- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Bring salted water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Cook the pasta for about 2 minutes less than package directions.

- In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, then stir in cream and milk, simmer until thickened. Stir in pesto and Parmesan.
- Combine sautéed chicken, pasta, and spinach into the creamy sauce, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
