- Prepare the frozen gyoza dumplings according to the package instructions, either steaming them for 6-8 minutes or pan-frying for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Whisk together tamari, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup in a small bowl, then pour over the cooked dumplings and toss to coat.
- Chop heirloom tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and chop scallions. Combine these in a large bowl.
- Tear basil leaves and add to the bowl along with toasted sesame seeds. Mix everything gently.
