- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and eggs until frothy.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together.
- Fold in the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
- If desired, sprinkle in the red pepper flakes.
- Fill the muffin cups about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
