Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and eggs until frothy.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together.
  5. Fold in the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
  6. If desired, sprinkle in the red pepper flakes.
  7. Fill the muffin cups about two-thirds full with the batter.
