Preparation
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and romaine lettuce. If using diced celery, mix in as well.
- Take a large flour tortilla and lay it flat. Spoon approximately a quarter of the Chicken Caesar Salad mixture down the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the sides inward and tightly roll the tortilla away from you to form a secure wrap.
- Optionally slice the wrap diagonally for easy serving. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
