Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken sausage to the pot and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, just until fragrant.
  4. Introduce broccoli florets to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the orzo along with chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Remove the pot from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve your Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Orzo hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
