- Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in crock pot.
- In a bowl, whisk together light brown sugar, soy sauce, bourbon whiskey, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, honey, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
