Preparation Steps
  1. Remove your rack of pork ribs from the refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour before grilling.
  2. Coat the ribs generously with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and dry mustard. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.
  4. Preheat your grill to 350°F.
  5. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the ribs bone-side down on the grill. Grill for 35-45 minutes.
  7. Flip the ribs to meat-side down and grill for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Brush BBQ sauce onto both sides of the ribs and grill for a few more minutes.
  9. Check the internal temperature aiming for 203°F - 205°F.
