  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional garnish.

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the lean ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, green onions, sriracha, and soy sauce. Mix well and remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat, add shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Return the beef mixture to the skillet, add sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stir until evenly coated.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through, then serve immediately.
