Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the lean ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, green onions, sriracha, and soy sauce. Mix well and remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat, add shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Return the beef mixture to the skillet, add sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stir until evenly coated.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through, then serve immediately.
