Preparation Steps
- Begin by rolling out your thawed puff pastry on a clean surface to a rectangle approximately 10x12 inches.
- Spread 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard evenly across the surface, leaving a 0.5-inch border along the edges.
- Layer 6 slices of deli ham over the mustard, then sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese on top.
- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape, then trim the ends and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Repeat the preparation steps with a second sheet of puff pastry for a larger batch.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice the logs into 0.5-inch thick pinwheels and place them cut-side up on the baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
