Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by rolling out your thawed puff pastry on a clean surface to a rectangle approximately 10x12 inches.

  3. Layer 6 slices of deli ham over the mustard, then sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese on top.
  4. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape, then trim the ends and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Repeat the preparation steps with a second sheet of puff pastry for a larger batch.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Slice the logs into 0.5-inch thick pinwheels and place them cut-side up on the baking sheets.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
