Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized chunks and thread onto soaked skewers.

  6. Baste with more yakitori sauce and continue grilling until fully cooked.
