Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper until creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half to create smaller pieces.
  4. Place a pickle at the wide end of each dough triangle, add filling, and roll the dough around the pickle.
  5. Arrange the wrapped pickles on the baking sheet, tucking the open end of dough underneath each roll.
  6. Brush with egg wash for a golden color.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm on a platter.
