Step-by-Step Instructions for Loaded Sweet Potato Nachos
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, leaving some skin. Slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange sweet potato rounds in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle cooking oil over sweet potatoes. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and chili powder. Toss to coat.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Then broil for 1-2 minutes for crispiness.
  6. Drain and rinse black beans during baking.
