Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Transfer the roasted peppers to a blender, add minced garlic and lemon juice, then blend until smooth. If too thick, add a touch of water.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season tilapia fillets, and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the roasted pepper sauce over the cooked tilapia, simmer for another 1-2 minutes, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
