  1. Prepare Mango Salsa: Dice one ripe mango, one tomato, and half a red onion. Toss these in a bowl with chopped cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt, mix gently, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Marinate Shrimp: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add large shrimp and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Cook Shrimp: Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
  4. Prepare Lime-Chili Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise or yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, and salt. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
