Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool.
- In a bowl, mix cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish. Roll each noodle with filling and place seam side down.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Let rest, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
