  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Low moisture for best results
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese For topping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish. Roll each noodle with filling and place seam side down.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  7. Let rest, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
