Preparation Steps
- Combine all chili base spices in a bowl and set aside.
- Sauté aromatics in olive oil, then add spices, cover, and microwave for 4 minutes.
- Blend rinsed Great Northern beans with chicken broth until smooth.
- Combine sautéed onion mixture, remaining beans, tomatoes, chiles, and chicken in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, stir in Neufchâtel cheese.
- Once cooked, serve garnished with cilantro, lime, cheese, and tortilla chips.
