  • 1.5 pounds Baby Potatoes halved

  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter melted

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss well to coat the beef with the seasonings.
  2. Layer the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle with half of the melted butter and olive oil, then sprinkle the minced garlic over the potatoes.
  3. Place the seasoned beef on top of the potatoes, ensuring it's spread evenly. Drizzle with the remaining melted butter and olive oil.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the beef is tender.
  5. Once done, stir the beef and potatoes gently to combine them and distribute the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
