- In a large bowl, combine beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Mix until well-coated.
- Layer halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle half of the melted butter and olive oil over potatoes, followed by minced garlic.
- Place the seasoned beef mixture on top of the potatoes. Pour remaining melted butter and olive oil over beef.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooking time is complete, gently stir the contents before serving. Optionally garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
