Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Divide the meat into two equal portions and shape each into a patty.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, adding oil or butter to create a non-stick surface.
  3. Place one beef patty on the skillet, top with a tortilla, and gently smash the beef into the tortilla. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the quesadilla and sprinkle cheese over the beef. Fold the tortilla over and cook until the cheese melts.
