Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, heat oil in a skillet, and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the onions become translucent.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, soy sauce, paprika, and thyme in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken to the baking dish and pour the creamy sauce mixture over it.
