  • 2 cups Pineapple Chunks canned, fresh, or frozen
For Topping
  • 3/4 cup Reserved Crust Mixture set aside from the crust

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan with foil and cooking spray.
  2. Combine the crust ingredients in a mixing bowl until crumbly, then set aside ¾ cup for topping.
  3. Press the remaining crust mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  4. In the same bowl, whisk the filling ingredients until smooth, then pour over the cooled crust.
  5. Sprinkle pineapple chunks over the filling and pour the filling mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved crust mixture on top and bake for an additional 35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before slicing into squares.
