Cooking Steps
  1. Season chicken thighs with cayenne and chili powder. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In a separate pot, boil water and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (4-5 minutes). Drain and add a drizzle of oil.
  3. Lower heat in the skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in cayenne, chili powder, and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Slice cooked chicken and return to the skillet along with the noodles. Toss to combine and heat for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with lime wedges and additional Parmesan if desired.
