Cooking Steps
- Season chicken thighs with cayenne and chili powder. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate pot, boil water and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (4-5 minutes). Drain and add a drizzle of oil.
- Lower heat in the skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in cayenne, chili powder, and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Slice cooked chicken and return to the skillet along with the noodles. Toss to combine and heat for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with lime wedges and additional Parmesan if desired.
